How this works
- Starting the tracker saves a copy of your debts, extra payment, payoff order and first month, so the plan you check off stays the same while you use the other tools.
- Each month adds a month of interest (APR ÷ 12), pays every minimum, then puts the rest on the priority debt. When a debt is paid off, its minimum rolls to the next one.
- Avalanche puts the highest APR first; snowball puts the smallest balance first.
- Progress counts the months you've checked off in order. The balance shown is what the plan expects after those payments.
- Enter the total from your statements to see whether you're ahead of or behind the plan. New charges, fees and rate changes aren't in the plan.
- Everything is saved in this browser only; nothing is uploaded.

Do I need an account?
No. The tracker works in your browser without signing up, and your plan and check-offs are saved in this browser only.
How do I use the debt payoff tracker?
Add each debt's balance, APR and minimum payment, pick snowball or avalanche and your first payment month, then start the tracker. Each month, check off the payments as you make them.
Can I print it?
Yes. Print checklist gives you every month of the plan with a box to tick next to each payment.
What if my balances don't match the plan?
Enter the total from your statements to see the gap. If it has drifted, for example after new charges or a rate change, start over with your current balances.
Can I keep a copy?
Yes. Download as Excel gives you the same plan as a spreadsheet with live formulas and a payment tracker tab.
What if I use another device or clear my browser?
The tracker is stored in this browser only, so it won't appear on another device, and clearing your browser data deletes it. Download the Excel copy as a backup.
